Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.


Shipping Time

The delivery estimates below include both order processing time and shipping transit time.

United States: 7–12 business days

Canada: 7–12 business days

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method, if applicable.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

CloudyGreen is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Delayed or Lost Packages

Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or high shipping demand.

If your package appears significantly delayed or lost, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and item(s) received.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.


International Shipping

International shipments may be subject to customs processing and additional import fees depending on the destination country.

These charges, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
