Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase within 3 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photos of the item and packaging to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, style, or product, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
